Damages & Issues
We take great care in ensuring that your products arrive safely. However, if your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect the items within 24 hours of delivery and notify us at kannaujittar@gmail.com so we can address and resolve the issue.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Standard Orders: Cancellations are not allowed ones the order is confirmed.
- Domestic orders are dispatched within 1-3 days of order confirmation.
- International orders are dispatched within 5-7 days.
- Express Orders: Dispatched within 1-2 days of order confirmation; cancellations are not possible once processed.
Customized Orders: Cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
